We arrived and the place was packed with a 1 hour wait. There was a server who was super nice and helpful. He suggested we sit at the Crooked Tooth Brewing company and you can order everything off he menu except wine. He even delivered the food as well! The menu is simple and the pizza dough is amazing. We had the focaccia (SO GOOD), margarita with sausage pizza and the salad (pumpkin seeds, citrus, arugula, olives).

Always packed with hip Tucsonans, this is the best pizza place in Tucson. The chef and staff are charming, and most importantly, the pizza crust technique is amazing. It's a very well-balanced restaurant. I like that they don't limit themselves to traditional methods but also try new ingredients and other challenges. Personally, I would like to see more variation in the salads. The salad I had the other day that used koji was very new and interesting. I hope you will continue to try new things like that in the future.

Too loud, didnt like the forced family size dining tables, the pizza crust tasted like tortilla not pizza dough. Just did not enjoy my experience there. Will not be back.
